Install Import Openpyxl For Python In Mac

Pip install pandas pip install xlrd For importing an Excel file into Python using Pandas we have to use pandas.readexcel function. Syntax: pandas.readexcel( io, sheetname=0, header=0, names=None.). I want to install openpyxl on my Mac for a survey project that I am doing, however I ran into some issues in the process. I think python 2.7 is the preinstalled. When you install, there is an option to toggle 'add python to the path'. This allowed the command 'pip install openpyxl' to actually work in the command prompt. This installed the module and then you continue in Python as the tutorials suggest with import openpyxl and so on. The openpyxl module allows Python program to read and modify Excel files. For example, users might have to go through thousands of rows and pick out a few handful of information to make small changes based on some criteria.
