Lunch Break is a clean, easy-to-navigate store theme that looks great on any screen size. It might seem pretty simple at first glance, but this theme is packed with features to give you tons of control.
Features
- Responsive and optimized for any type of mobile or desktop device
- Image slideshow on the Home page
- Set the number of featured products on the Home page (or leave them off entirely)
- Sort featured products by their order in your admin, newest, number of sales, or number of views
- Display share buttons for Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest on Product pages
- Add links to Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, and Instagram in the footer
- Click photos on Product pages to open a full screen image gallery
- Display your store’s logo in the header
- Show a search field in the sidebar
- Display the sidebar on the left or right side of the page

Tips
- Supports header images up to 1300 x 250 pixels
- Recommended Home page slideshow image size is 1000 x 400 pixels
- Use the Home page slideshow to advertise discounts or show off detailed product shots
- Try keeping your product photos at a similar scale, so that customers get a sense of size or fit, just by browsing items
- When you have a wide variety of products, increase your number of products per row
- Crop all of your slideshow images to the same size. The images will cycle seamlessly, and customers will be able to easily find the forward and back arrows if they want to take a second look
Steps
- Log in at my.bigcartel.com.
- Go to Customize design.
- Click the Themes tab in the top left corner.
- Click Lunch Break.
- Click Save to apply the changes or Exit to leave without saving.
