The Stanley 2986 is a keypad used to operate a garage door opener or gate. The 2986 uses 10 binary (two position) switches giving you 1024 coding options. This remote uses 310 MHz Multi-Code format. Compatible with Stanley garage door opener 310 MHz 10 switch models. Includes: Keypad Hardware 9V battery Instructions Dimensions: 6 1/4' X 2 3/4' X 1'. This is a reference to the original Half-Life 2 Stanley Parable, because the password there is similar. Wait for the Narrator to end narration, then type in the keypad: 8888. Follow the path from the start. Go through the left door, then go forward to the elevator in the large warehouse room. While riding the lift, drop down onto the catwalk below. Continue down this secret path, and enter the blue door. Then, enter the blue door two more times. Turn around to find the hidden blue door. A mini-game to save a baby will begin, and the narrator will tell Stanley to press the big red button for four hours. After pressing it for approximately one hour, a second button will appear for a puppy. You will then need to alternate between pressing both buttons for the remaining time. Successfully complete this mini-game to unlock a special ending.
