Wii U Virtual Console titles (Japan) Edit Talk The Virtual Console is service accessed via the Wii U eShop to play games from the older systems similar to the Wii 's and 3DS. The service supports titles from the Famicom, Super Famicom, Nintendo 64, Game Boy Advance, MSX, PC-Engine, Nintendo DS, and Wii. WiiWare is a companion to the Virtual Console, which specializes in emulated games originally developed for other systems instead of original titles. WiiWare Compatibility List This is the main list of games released on WiiWare for the Wii video game system, organized alphabetically by their localized English titles or, when Japan-exclusive. Jul 19, 2018 An icon used to represent a menu that can be toggled by interacting with this icon. It does not matter what region the 'Wii Virtual Console Channel (.wad)' is. The 'SNK NeoGeo AES' & 'SNK NeoGeo MVS' Wii Channels are set up to work on a Japan, American or Europe / Australian Wii, due to the universal BIOS. If you use the WAD in an American Wii, the emulator switches to USA version.
The Virtual Console is a feature implmented in Nintendo's consoles that allows for you to purchase, download and play various games from older systems. These games often come exactly as they originally were, but some do include various changes and tweaks to enhance the user experience.

Wii U
The Wii U Virtual Console continued on from the framework of the Nintendo Wii Virtual Console. While containing the same consoles as the Wii, it then added the Nintendo DS and GameBoy Advance devices to its capabilities, and even added some Wii games as download software, allowing for more games. It also added the save state feature which was introduced in the 3DS Virtual Console. The Wii downloads do not have this, however.

ShowMiiWads is a 'Wad File Manager' for Windows. It displays information about wad files, edits them, gives a preview of the Banner and Icon and more. New since Version 1.0 is the included NAND Backup Browser 'ShowMiiNand' which displays all titles installed in your NAND Backup (No BootMii Backups!).
Due to some people stating this as a piracy tool, I just wanted to clarify that I'm all against piracy and this tool was never intended to be used for piracy!
